Once full marking is complete, injections can begin in the following order like below.

1.Infra gluteal fold injection

valid for any patient

Syringe is parallel to the op-bed or op-table
Use a syringe 1 ml luer lock thick one
Use ultra flexible needles 27g
Push maximum during injection
No angle has to exist between the syringe and the patients skin
No finger under the syringe
Inject in 1 time without deforming with the other hand the infragluteal fold ,, to see it,,
Inject each point any 2 cm on the banana fold per tensor 0.1 ml, parallel to the Op bed
Take off after each injection the syringe quickly to avoid to traumatize the tissues
Verify after each injection that your needle is still straight and/or not broken
In case of patients pain, change your needle.

2.Infra gluteal area injection

only valid for females or for males wearing jeans for females

Syringe is parallel to the op-bed or op-table
Use a syringe 1 ml luer lock thick one
Use ultra flexible needles 27g
Push maximum during injection
No angle has to exist between the syringe and the patients skin
No finger under the syringe
Inject 1 cm below the banana fold and each 2 cm,a tensor towards the banana fold and parallel to the Op bed
Inject each point 0.1 ml
Take off after each injection the syringe quickly to avoid to traumatize the tissues
Verify after each injection that your needle is still straight and/or not broken
In case of patients pain, change your needle.

3.Vectors

valid for any patient

inject in each square ( except the forbidden ones) beginning from the lowest row to the upper rows.
Syringe is making an angle of 90 grades with the square where the vector will be applied
Use a syringe 1 ml luer lock thick one
Use ultra flexible needles 27g
Push whole needle inside for each injection
the syringe is normal ( perpendicular plans) to the patients skinInject 1 cm below the banana fold and each 2 cm,a tensor towards the banana fold and parallel to the Op bed
Inject each point 0.1 ml
Take off after each injection the syringe quickly to avoid to traumatize the tissues
Verify after each injection that your needle is still straight and/or not broken
In case of patients pain, change your needle.

inject all not forbidden squares from row1 to row 6

inject in each square ( except the forbidden ones) beginning from the lowest row to the upper rows.
Syringe has to be positioned on the arrow on each square before injection
Use a syringe 1 ml luer lock thick one
Use ultra flexible needles 27g
Push for each injection to fight against Archimedes force
Inject for each point 0.1 ml
Take off after each injection the syringe quickly to avoid to traumatize the tissues
Verify after each injection that your needle is still straight and/or not broken
In case of patients pain, change your needle.

Treatment of the Middle Columns

First position your syringe on the arrow
The syringe has to be always in contact with the patients skin of the chosen square to treat
Use your other hand, putting your 2 nd finger on the maximum projection point
Then inject where the syringe is looking towards the maximum point of projection or your 2 nd finger for some (not all) arrows
Inject 0.1 ml per standard square
Never put your finger under the syringe

First position your syringe on the arrow
The syringe has to be always in contact with the patients skin of the chosen square to treat
For any kind of latinization of the hip dip or feminization of the lateral concavity ( green arrow) the syringe isnt looking anymore towards the maximum point of projection.
Inject 0.1 ml per square of latinization
Never put your finger under the syringe

It s difficult that males are asking for an economic treatment.
The indications for an economic treatment for females are the following ones :

How to do
